The inaugural meeting of the Mine Digitalization Special Committee under the Zhejiang Provincial Mining Federation was grandly held in Hangzhou on the afternoon of May 30, 2025.

The conference was hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Mining Federation and organized by Zhejiang Geology & Mineral Construction Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Geological Big Data Application Center Co., Ltd. Attendees and speakers included Yang Weidong, Division Chief-level Cadre and First-Level Researcher from the Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources, and Sun Wenming, Deputy Director of the Mineral Resources Protection Department. Xu Yiliang, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Provincial Mining Federation, attended the meeting, while Vice President Wang Miao delivered a speech. Relevant leaders of the Provincial Mining Federation, heads of various special committees, and all members of the Mine Digitalization Special Committee were present.

Professor Yang Qin, Chairman of Beijing GridWorld Software Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend this significant event marking a new phase in the digital transformation of Zhejiang's mining industry, in his capacity as Vice Chair of the Special Committee.
